It has been been revealed at the ongoing Caf Awards (for the year 2018), that Egypt are the 2019 hosts of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The 2019 African Cup of nations was supposed to be hosted by Cameroon.
But, Cameroon were releaved of hosting right tournament due to delays in preparations.
Egypt since the inception of the Africa Cup of Nations has hosted four tournaments in 1959, 1974, 1986 and 2006 and in 1974. Egypt won 4 out 5 of the tournaments, the year Egypt failed to win while hosting being 1974.
